Meet Megan.

If you're like me, you just want to feel good so you can do what you want to do -- like go to the gym and not have to worry whether an activity will hurt your knees. Or go to work and not have to worry about your back aching after only an hour of sitting at your desk. Or maybe you just want to run around with your kids or take your dog for a nice long walk. Whatever your case may be, you should feel good doing it and not have to think twice about it. I am here to help you do just that.

I've been practicing massage therapy since 2009. My practice starts with a Swedish technique base and interweaves the many techniques I've learned over the years to create a massage therapy session targeted to meet your specific needs. I work in 60, 75, and 90 minute increments and with people from all walks of life, from professional athletes, weekend warriors, chronic pain suffers, pregnant women, and those looking for relaxation. I am certified in prenatal massage and am an advanced practitioner of The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage (R). I also hold a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

I'd love to work with you to incorporate massage therapy into your wellness routine.

I look forward to working with you!

Warmly,
Megan
